3. Legal status and shipping restrictions

We do not ship to the following states, where these products are restricted or prohibited: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
Additional local bans exist in some counties and cities within otherwise permitted states (for example San Diego, CA; Sarasota County, FL; Denver, CO; Union County, MS). This list is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed to be complete or current. Orders placed to a restricted destination will be cancelled and refunded. We ship within the United States only.
4. Orders, pricing, and acceptance
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we accept your order and dispatch it.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order — including after an order confirmation has been sent — for reasons including suspected resale in restricted jurisdictions, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, stock unavailability, or failed age verification. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
We make reasonable efforts to describe products and prices accurately. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. 8. Wholesale and bulk orders

Wholesale buyers are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to their own resale, labelling, and distribution, including verifying the legal status of the products in every jurisdiction they sell into.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to resell products into any jurisdiction where they are prohibited. Site content, branding, images, and text are our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
